REFUND POLICY
We work to provide the most hassle-free experience to the clients.
Since clients pay an agency fees for the service received over the previous month, refund requests are rare.
In an event where the client request for a refund or dispute charging them inappropriately, we share the previous month’s campaign performance report. Post that, if the client insisted on a refund, we will refund the previous month's agency fees, without any question.​The clients can expect a refund within 14 working days if they insist on a refund, after sharing campaign performance reports.
Note that the refund amount will be limited to a maximum of the agency fees paid by the client in the previous calendar month. The actual refund amount, if any, will be decided by Reputes Marketing Solutions, in good faith.
